Passengers Seek AstraZeneca Vaccine As KSA Refuses To Accept China-Manufactured Vaccines
Pakistanis planning to travel to Saudi Arabia held a protest outside a vaccination centre in Lahore over the unavailability of the AstraZeneca vaccine, as the Saudi government has not approved travellers who have received vaccine manufactured in China.

Protestors called on the government to give them the vaccine recommended by the Saudi authorities. Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson's coronavirus vaccines have been okayed by the KSA.

The protestors further said that people between the ages of 30 and 40 years were not being administered AstraZeneca. The provincial government has reportedly requested National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) to look into the matter.
