ISI Chief Said PMLN Would Win 100 Seats, PPP 50. Results Were Totally Different

Explaining the need for electoral reforms, Hamid Mir writes that in 1997 elections, ISI chief thought PMLN could win 100 seats while PPP was supposed to win 50-60 seats but when the results came out, PMLN had swept the elections, bagging 137 seats.
