Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar has said that Pakistan Army soldiers are now present at ‘every corner of the country’ since 6am today (Monday) morning to assist civil institutions in implementing the Covid SOPs.
Addressing a press conference in Rawalpindi, the DG ISPR said that the Pakistan Army has formed teams which would be led by brigadiers and lieutenant colonels.
He further said that the overall situation would be discussed in the provincial apex committee meetings on a weekly basis to devise a plan of action in areas with high Covid positivity rate.
