Staff of 14 polling stations in Daska who had gone missing were ‘recovered’ by police on Saturday morning hours after being mysteriously disappeared. NA 75 Daska’s Returning Officer Asif Hussain had confirmed on Friday evening that staff of 14 polling stations went missing. He added that they were unreachable through phone.

PML-N leaders had reached the RO’s office and protested what they termed attempts to rig the elections in the ruling party’s favour.

According to unofficial results as of this morning, PML-N candidate Syeda Nosheen Iftikhar is in the lead by a significant margin in the NA-75 Sialkot by-polls.
