In a heartwarming development, an 80 year-old man got married to his 75-year-old childhood lover in a village near Kasur. Athar Khan and Nazeeran Bibi had intended to get married when they were young, but their marriage couldn’t take place as their families didn’t allow it. Relatives and neighbours took part in celebrating their reunion.
Sach News reported that Athar Khan has four children and his first wife passed away six years ago. Meanwhile Nazeera Bibi’s husband passed away nine years ago and he has 6 children.
The newly wedded couple said that their children have left them and since they both were alone they decided to get married.
