Former prime minister and PML-N N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has returned to Pakistan from London via Dubia on international flight, with a message from the party’s supreme leader Nawaz Sharif for his daughter and PMLN Vice President Maryam Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif.
Abbasi landed on Islamabad airport.
On his way back from the United States, where he’d gone to visit his sister and brother in law who tested positive for coronavirus, he stayed in London for a total of five days ruing which he met up with former PM Nawaz Sharif. On his return, Abbasi says has has an "important" message from Nawaz for PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif and Vice-President Maryam Nawaz.
Abbasi left for United States in December and a summary had been approved by the Federal Ministry of Interior under which the government removed Abbasi’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL) and allowed him to go abroad.
