Interior Minister Unsure If PM Will Visit Quetta As Hazara Community’s Sit-In Enters 4th Day
As Shia-Hazara community’s sit-in at Western Bypass in Quetta against the killing of 11 coal miners in Mach entered its fourth day, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid said that he was unsure if Prime Minister Imran Khan will be visiting Quetta to show solidarity with the protestors.

The protestors have said that they would not end the sit-in until the PM comes to Quetta.

However, the minister maintained that he was sent to Quetta on the directives of the prime minister, and was given the responsibility to initiate the investigation on the perpetrators of the Machh massacre.

Rashid further stated that out of the total eight demands, seven have been accepted. He stated that search for the culprits is underway.
“We have brought many a terrorists to justice and will not spare those who were involved in this attack,” the minister added.
