Resign Till Jan 31 Or Face Long March To Islamabad, PDM Warns Govt

Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has announced that the opposition MNAs and MPAs will submit their resignations from the assemblies on December 31.

The announcement comes a day after the PDM’s power show at Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore.
Fazl further said that the government has until January 31 to resign, adding that if the government does not comply, the PDM will announce a long march to Islamabad on February 1.
The PDM chief was flanked by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal-Bhutto Zardari and Pakistan Muslim League – N (PMLN) Vice President Maryam Nawaz.
