Court Summons SHO For Refusal To File Sexual Harassment Case Against Cricketer Babar Azam
A woman named Hamiza Mukhtar claiming to be the former neighbour and class fellow of cricket Babar Azam filed a petition seeking registration of a criminal case against Pakistan national cricket team captain for sexual harassment and fraud. The petitioner says that she filed an application with the SHO and the CCPO as well for the registration of an FIR against the cricketer on the charges of sexual harassment and fraud. However, the police didn't register a case.

The court under Additional District and Sessions Judge Nauman Muhammad Naeem has issued a notice to Naseerabad station house officer (SHO) and expects a reply by December 5th.

The petitioner, Hamiza Mukhtar alleges that she was involved in an illicit relationship with Pakistan Nation team cricketer Babar Azam. Furthermore, she has alleged that the cricketer forced her to get an abortion when she fell pregnant and had promised to marry her.
