British-Pakistani Politician Appointed Member Of UK House Of Lords

A British-Pakistani man, Wajid Khan, has been appointed a member of the United Kingdom’s House of Lords.
Media reports indicate his appointment was okayed by the Queen.

Wahid is the youngest House of Lords member from the Opposition.
He was a member of the European Parliament earlier.
