'Symbol Of Frightens': Twitterati Poke Fun At Poorly-Written Detention Order Against Activist Ammar Jan
Deputy Commissioner Lahore on Friday issued detention order against activist Ammar Ali Jan after his participation in the Students Solidarity March in Lahore. The police attempted to arrest him on his way back from the march but his friends put up a resistance and foiled the attempt.

The poorly-written and grammatically incomprehensible order termed the activist a threat to public safety. It also referred to Ammar Ali Jan as a 'symbol of frightens'.

Social media condemned the order and the police's attempt to arrest the activist, but the language of the order appeared to have provided some comic relief.

Twitterati used the term 'symbol of frightens' in their tweets to poke fun at the detention order which they termed absurd.
