Five professors at University of Haripur (UoH) have been featured by the University of Stanford, US in a list comprising top two per cent scientists of the world.
UoH registrar has said that the list selected the scientists on the basis of their citation impact until the end of 2019 and also for the year 2019.
The registrar’s statement further says that 81 Pakistanis made it to the top two per cent scientists across the world for citation impact in their career while citation impact in a single year of 2019 featured 243 Pakistani scientists.
UoH Vice-chancellor Dr Anwarul Hassan Gilani is the only serving vice-chancellor to have received three civil awards including Hilal-i-Imtiaz.
