Will Hold Protests With People Of Gilgit-Baltistan If Polls Are Rigged: Bilawal
Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, while addressing a public meeting in Skardu on Tuesday, warned that if the elections of Gilgit Baltistan are rigged, the PPP would launch protests in Islamabad alongside the people of Gilgit Baltistan.

Bilawal Bhutto also criticised the policies of the current government and said that Zulfikar Ali Bhutto abolished the Frontier Crimes Regulation (FCR) from GB. He mentioned that his father Asif Zardari gave the assembly to the people of GB and for the first time the people of GB had their own chief minister and governor under the PPP's rule.

He added that his party’s first priority will be to provide employment to the people of GB. “Now this election is not for coming into power but this is a struggle for a better future for the people of GB,” he said.

The PPP chairman added that he would celebrate the victory of PPP with the people of GB on the night of November 15th.

Former GB governor, former chief minister Mehdi Shah, Saadia Danish, and Babu Astor were also present in the meeting.

Bilawal Bhutto is in GB for the campaign of election in the region, which is scheduled to be held on November 15.
