General Ghulam Mustafa Tells Army Chief To Initiate Dialogue With Politicians

General (r) Ghulam Mustafa says the president of Pakistan must initiate a dialogue between the institutions. He says General Bajwa should be part of this initiative and politicians should talk to him. This is a welcome advice but will it be heeded?
