Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) MNA Ali Wazir was addressing a public gathering in Wana, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Sunday when aerial shots were fired in an apparent attempt to disperse the crowd. However, the lawmaker and attendees of the jalsa stood their ground.
As his speech was interrupted by aerial firing, Ali Wazir announced: "We are standing here [despite the firing]", and the crowd also remained undeterred. The video has since been doing the rounds on social media where commentators have praised the courage displayed by the MNA.
