Lahore's Kinnaird College is under fire for posting a job advert that discriminates against women by inviting only male candidates for the positions of the human resources manager, IT manager, and manager administration.
In an advertisement published in the Jang newspaper, the college urged male candidates to apply for the aforementioned posts, while reserving the vacancy of 'office assistant' for women applicants.
The discriminatory advert attracted flak on social media, as a commentator termed it an attempt to propagate stereotypes even in the 21st century.

Another user termed it 'ironic'. "Not that it has to be restricted, but a college for women only and having such high repute doing this. This is beyond Ironic," the user added.
