Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that government is preparing a bill to give exemplary punishment to rapists which will be introduced in the next few days. While addressing the National Assembly session, he said that the two culprits in motorway rape incident have been caught and the third one will also be behind bars soon.
He added that conviction of rapists has to be improved to curb the crime.
