Suspected Killer Of 3 Brothers Brought Back From Malaysia Released On Bail Over ‘Lack Of Evidence’

A local court in Charsadda has released a suspect accused of a triple murder on bail for 'lack of evidence'.

According to a social media user, the suspect had fled the country after allegedly killing three brothers. However, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police managed to extradite him from Malaysia and produced him in the court.

The court, however, released the suspect on bail on a surety bond of Rs400,000 after the prosecution failed to present strong evidence.

Judiciary has come under criticism many times for releasing suspects over 'lack of evidence'. However, the experts say that producing evidence in the court on which the judges can issue a verdict was a job of the prosecution.
