A young Muslim man in India was brutally beaten in public over suspicions of transporting beef in Gurgaon district near New Delhi.
According to media reports, the incident took place on Friday and the injured Muslim man worked as a pickup driver. One of the attackers was arrested following registration of an FIR of the assault.
Videos of the incident are doing the rounds on social media
in which a group of men can be seen beating the man and dragging him. One of the men also used a hammer to hit the pickup driver repeatedly.
