Multiple security guards of Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) received injuries as they tried to stop an 'angry mob' trying to enter the BRT corridor.
According to a Facebook that shared the images of the wounded guards, the mob was forcing its way inside the corridor Thursday night when the the clash took place.
The social media user condemned this and requested the provincial government to arrest the culprits involved in the incident.

Prime Minister Imran Khan had inaugurated the BRT project on Thursday. While inaugurating the project, PM Imran had said while he had reservations about it earlier, former chief minister KP Pervaiz Khattak ultimately allayed his concerns.
"A good transport system benefits everyone," said the prime minister, hoping that the system will reduce commute cost for daily travellers.
