Man Kills Sister In Name Of 'Honour' For Talking To Neighbour In Karachi's Clifton Area
A man gunned down his sister in the name of 'honour' in Karachi's Clifton area on Saturday. Dawn reported that 19-year-old Noorul Huda Shah was shot dead by her brother, Hasnain Qamar. The victim was declared dead on arrival at JPMC, Karachi.

Dawn quoted JPMC Executive Director Dr Seemin Jamali as saying that the girl was shot in the head.

According to the police, the suspect has been taken into custody along with the murder weapon. SSP Police South has been quoted by Dawn as saying that Qamar confessed to the murder in the name of 'honour' saying that he killed his sister because she would often talk to their neighbour.
