Major General Nigar Johar Becomes Pakistan’s First Female Lieutenant General
Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) has announced that Major General Nigar Johar has become Pakistan’s first woman officer to be promoted to the rank of lieutenant general.
The officer has also been appointed as the first female surgeon general of the Pakistan Army.
The statement further said that she was from Panjpeer village, in Swabi district.
