Surgeon Explains How Govt's Decision To Lift Lockdown Will Burden Health System
A doctor on Twitter has spoken about how things have gotten out of control on ground and in the hospitals. As a response to Prime Minister Imran Khan's orders to ease the lockdown in the country, she tells us how the healthcare system of the country is already crippled and inefficient to be dealing with the number of patients during the lockdown, and how much worse it can get.

Jia Fakhar, who according to her Twitter bio, is a surgeon, posted a thread on Twitter.

Ninety percent of the time, the patients are made to hear how no beds are available. All Intensive Care Units are all full, and doctors go home with guilt.

She says it's highly incompetent of the government to uplift the lockdown amidst a crisis this crucial.

She asks the PM to be a cautious about thinking of this as a noble act, when it is in fact, incredibly careless. The number of cases have peaked and the PM still thinks that lifting the lockdown is a good idea, she said.

In the end, she just requests everyone to stay at home as much as possible.
