A UK-based Pakistani journalist has claimed that business tycoon Malik Riaz's daughters Amber Malik and her sister Pashmina Malik left Pakistan in a chartered flight and arrived in the United Kingdom.
The identity of the said journalist could not be confirmed immediately. However, other journalists on social media have confirmed the report.
The hashtag #ArrestAmberMalik trended on Pakistan Twitter last night.
Journalist Ihtisham ul Haq tweeted in affirmation, saying that the journalist has claimed that they still stand by their statement declaring that the two daughters of Malik Riaz have reached the UK.
He also quote-retweeted his tweet saying that the journalist has promised an interview from Amna Riaz in two days, that will be released on social media. Ihtisham says his own sources don't find much truth in the statement though.
