Senior journalist Hasan Nisar has released a video on his YouTube channel in which he alleged corruption during the formation of quarantine centre set up by the Punjab government under Prime Minister Imran Khan's orders. He claims that through insider sources, he has come to find out that the amount invested in the Expo centre quarantine was 90 crore rupees and despite the expenditure made, the services they provide are worse than what an ordinary quarantine facility offers.
He also said that the 'sweepers' are running the centre and police stays outside to prevent people from escaping. The food that is being served there is abysmal and living conditions are unbearable, he claimed.
