Reports indicate that four members of the staff at the Prime Minister’s House have tested positive for infection by the Coronavirus. Routine tests were underway over the weekend, during the course of which these four cases of infection emerged.

The members of staff who tested positive are being quarantined and all necessary safety precautions are being taken at the PM’s House.

A number of high-profile figures have tested positive for the Coronavirus over the past few weeks, but the Prime Minister tested negative after concerns rose that he may have come into contact with the virus last month.

Confirmed cases in the country are due to cross 40,000 at the moment.
