Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill is under fire on social media for implying that going around without masks during the coronavirus outbreak is an act of bravery. In yet another controversial tweet, the former spokesman of Punjab government said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was fighting [coronavirus] on the front-line without wearing any mask. “I am happy to have gotten a chance to work with a brave leader in these tough times”, he said.
He went on to say that the PTI leaders and PM Khan know that they’re exposed to coronavirus, but they don't care about the consequences.
The tweet generated outrage on twitter and users told the politician that exposing yourself to the virus is not a courageous act.
