Prime Minister Imran Khan has agreed to get tested for the novel Covid-19, after his recent meeting with 'someone who tested positive', announced PM's focal person on coronavirus Faisal Sultan.
Faisal Sultan, who is also the PM's personal physician, said that he was happy to announce that on his advice, the premiere has agreed to get tested and that is what any responsible citizen should do.
PM had recently been in a meeting with Faisal Edhi who has tested positive for Covid-19 on Tuesday, April 21. Edhi, the head of one of Pakistan's largest charity groups, the Edhi Foundation had donated ten million to the government to help deal with the coronavirus crisis in the country.
According to Geo News, Edhi is in Islamabad at the moment and had insisted on being tested since he had been on the ground working with patients. His family will also undergo test for the virus as well.
