Former Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Senator Faisal Raza Abidi has said that coronavirus was created by the United States which then launched it against China, Iran and Italy which is China's largest trade partner in EU.
This conspiracy was hatched to ensure that countries trade in USD and not in regional currencies, he said.
He expressed these views while talking to a private news channel.

"You look for beneficiaries in any incident. And if you look at the beneficiaries of the coronavirus, it is clear that the virus is man-made. The theory [to launch the virus attack] started in 2006", he said. He went on to say that in 2010 two Hollywood movies were released which showed exactly what is happening around the world today. "The same cities were destroyed in the movies."
