Islamabad Administration Bans Handshakes Among Employees Due To Coronavirus Fears

As many in Pakistan appear increasingly anxious in Pakistan, the administration of the Islamabad Capital Territory has banned its employees from shaking each others' hands in greeting. Other measures by authorities in the federal capital include a ban on the use of biometric attendance machines until further notice. Moreover, authorities' advice is to avoid crowded areas.


Meanwhile, the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr. Zafar Mirza has issued orders to for psychologists to be stationed at the country's airports to help assuage passengers' concerns about infection from the virus.
