Ali Wazir’s Nephew Denied Bail By LHC In Sedition Case
Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected the bail plea of Alamgir Wazir, a worker of Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) and nephew of MNA Ali Wazir.

The PTM worker has been in jail for past two months for allegedly delivering ‘anit-state’ speech at Student Solidarity March in Lahore on November 29. Later, he was arrested from University of the Punjab by Punjab Police under the charges of sedition.

The members of Student Action Committee (SAC) and Progressive Students Collective (PSC) have announced that the council of the accused will file the appeal against this decision in the Supreme Court.
