Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Athar Minallah, while granting bail to the detained Awami Workers Party (AWP) and Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) activists, made some significant remarks. Addressing Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Hamza Shafaat, the Justice Minallah asked some tough questions.
When he asked the DC to explain as to why the activists were charged with sedition, he replied that he was not in Islamabad when the development took place. The judge went on to reprimand the DC.
