Ali Wazir and Mohsin Dawar were reportedly dragged by the police along with other arrestees while being taken into custody. Meanwhile, social media users including journalists and politicians have condemned the development and said that the arrest of two lawmakers will worsen the situation.
Targeting the peaceful protest of PTM by Islamabad Police is highly condemnable. Mohsin Dawar is dragged like criminals by Police is showing the criminal mindset of Pakistani establishment, where they have left no room for peaceful struggle. https://t.co/NQ7LxczLbg

Strongly condemn police hooliganism against a totally peaceful PTM protest meeting in front of the Islamabad Press Club. The way they they dragged people, including Ali wazir & Mohsin Dawar, the sitting members of parliament to police vans, said it all. This is state terrorism.
