Live Broadcast Of Senate Session Was Muted When Lawmakers Said 'No' To Services Act
During the voting on the bills formalising the tenure of services chiefs in the Senate, the PTV Parliament muted the sounds of lawmakers who said no to the amendment bill.

The Upper House of the parliament voted today on the Pakistan Army (Amendment) Bill, 2020, the Pakistan Air Force (Amendment) Bill, 2020, and the Pakistan Navy (Amendment) bill, 2020.

The bills were approved by the majority as Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani read out the clauses of the bills.

During the voting, the PTV Parliament, the state TV channel that telecasts live broadcasts of both houses of the parliament, muted the sounds of lawmakers saying no to the bill. Similar was the case during the voting in the National Assembly on Tuesday.
