Indian actor Priyanka Chopra has said in an interview with the Daily Beast that she is not ‘pro-war’.
The actor was the center of a controversy earlier this year after a provocative Tweet in February when tensions between India and Pakistan were at an all time high.

This was followed by her unsatisfactory reply to a Pakistani woman at Beauty Con in Los Angeles later this year after being asked to justify her pro-war actions.
In this interview she said that all these past events were unfortunate.
She added that she now understands that influential people have a certain responsibility and should behave accordingly.
