Emergency Case Decision: Musharraf Won't Come To Pakistan, Says Lawyer

Lawyer Yasser Latif Hamdani says that Musharraf had to be given death sentence because that is the only possible outcome of conviction in a high treason case. He says it can be turned into life sentence at best. However, it will be difficult to bring the former dictator back because capital punishment will help him stay abroad. He still has the right to appeal though and he can challenge the decision.
