The woman’s father-in-law told media that the feudal lord had accused her of having an extramarital relationship with her neighbour.
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident and sought a report over the matter from the regional police officer.
Police have arrested at least two suspects, including the feudal lord, Aqib.
