Abdul Ghafoor Haideri Calls Navjot Singh An Ahmadi, Lashes Out At PM Imran
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) leader Abdul Ghafoor Haideri has stated that Indian politician and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu was an Ahmadi, as he had praised Mirza Ghulam Ahmad during his speech at the inauguration ceremony of the Kartarpur Corridor.

In an address to JUI-F workers at a protest gathering, Haideri reminded his audience how Sidhu had said that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad – founder of the Ahmadiyya movement – had brought the message of love, which showed that he was an ahmadi.

He also criticised the prime minister for sitting through Sidhu's speech and not responding to him when the latter had admired Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.

“Imran Khan was sitting there. If he was a Muslim, couldn’t he slap him or break his teeth that he was expressing admiration for Mirza Ghulam in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan where ahmadis had been declared non-muslim,” he stated.
