PESHAWAR: The Young Doctors Association (YDA) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Saturday announced their support for Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam-Fazl’s (JUI-F) Azadi March to be held on October 27.
A delegation of the doctors, led by Professor Musam Kaleem, met JUI-F chief Fazl and assured him that doctors would stand shoulder to shoulder with his party and support its efforts in bringing down the government.
Opposition Leader of the KP Assembly Akram Khan Durrani and JUI-F KP Spokesperson Abdul Jalil Jan were also present on the occasion.
Addressing the participants, Dr Kaleem said that people belonging to all sections of the society were facing hardships due to the bad policies adopted by the incompetent government.
He said that it was time to get rid of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government at the centre and the province.
“We are announcing our unconditional support to the JUI-F Azadi March and doctors association would stand firmly behind Fazl in the march,” Dr Kaleem said.
