A retired Punjab police constable has found more than Rs555 million in his bank account. The retired constable, Arshad Mehmood, informed media that he found 555,300,000 in his account when he checked his balance.
He added that to his surprise, he found the huge sum of money from his bank account when he checked his balance through the ATM.
The constable stated that he informed the bank as soon as he could of his concerns. He further said that the additional money was withdrawn from his account by the bank’s management.
Expressing his confusion over finding the amount, Arshad said, "My pension is Rs25,000 per month, so I have no idea where the sum of millions of rupees came from?”
He added that to his surprise, he found the huge sum of money from his bank account when he checked his balance through the ATM.
