KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah said during an interview with a private news channel on Thursday that he will run the affairs of the province if he is arrested and put into jail.
Shah has been summoned by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Islamabad office on September 24. The anti-corruption watchdog also sent a questionnaire to him in connection with the national captive power projects.
CM Shah also said that he would not shy away from visiting NAB’s office on the decided date and would attend proceedings there.
According to sources, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is not yet looking for Shah’s replacement in the province.
