Kashmir Dispute: Trump Says He Will Certainly Intervene, If Pakistan And India Wanted Him To
US President Donald Trump has said that it is really up to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to accept or reject the mediation offer to resolve the Kashmir issue.

Trump was replying to a reporter who asked him that New Delhi had rejected his offer with an argument that Kashmir was a bilateral issue between India and Pakistan.

Prime Minister Imran Khan and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi are fantastic people, said Trump, adding, “I would imagine that they can get along very well”.

But in case they wanted somebody to intervene to help them, he had talked with Pakistan and India about that, he said. “If I can, if they wanted me to, I would certainly intervene.”
