In a democracy, the role of media freedom is vital. The concept of democracy is incomplete without it. You all are aware of what’s happening in the country. At least I haven’t seen such a situation in my adult life. We’ve even seen Musharraf’s dictatorship and channels being taken off air but the kind of social media trends we see today, social media teams are targeting journalists, calling for the ‘arrest of anti-Pak journalists’.
