Five Army Men Martyred In Blast Near LoC
Five army soldiers embraced martyrdom and one sustained injuries in a blast at Barnala in the Chamb Sector of Azad Kashmir just a few meters from the Line of Control (LoC), said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
According to the ISPR, the nature of the blast is being ascertained. The incident is evident of India’s state-sponsored terrorism by violating bilateral ceasefire agreement and the international rules, it said.
The martyred army men are: Subedar Muhammad Sadiq, 44, resident of Bandi village, Neelam district; Lance Naik Sher Zaman; Sepoy Muhammad Tayyab, 26, resident of Surakhi village, Khushab district; Sepoy Zohaib, 20, resident of Nandi Nar Ghamir Manhdala, Poonch district; and Sepoy Ghulam Qasim, 22, Sahiwal village, Sargodha district.
