Famous actor Nabeel Zafar has filed a complaint with police, saying that Axact CEO Shoaib Sheikh was trying to damage him legally by using his fake signature and had been getting bogus cases filed against him with different police stations.
In an application sent to the SSP South, he has sought legal action against Shoaib and Adeel Arshad, and shared the background of the issue.
According to Nabeel, he was an employee of the Axact chief who had not paid his arrears so far, for which he has moved the court against not only him but also Adeel.
He added that two cars were also given to him during his job. The Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell had stopped him once while he also received summons from the Gizri Police Station, Nabeel said.
