PTI Not Pleased With Usman Buzdar. PM Considering Changing Punjab CM
A day after several government ministers were either removed or handed a different portfolio, Prime Minister Imran Khan is considering more changes.

According to ARY News, PM Khan is considering to change Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar because party leadership is not pleased with his performance.

PM Khan has summoned performance report of Buzdar. Moreover, the premier has summoned report of different govt departments working in Punjab too.

Six provincial ministers could also be replaced including Health Minister Yasmin Rashid, Excise and Taxation Minister Mumtaz Ahmed , Labour and Human Resource Minister Ansar Majeed Khan Niazi, Minister of Prisons Zawar Hussain Warraich, and Minister for Food Samiullah Chaudhary.



According to reports, ex-Punjab information minister Fayyazul Hasan Chohan could be included in the cabinet, while PM Khan has also summoned Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar.

On Thursday, Finance Minister Asad Umar announced that he was stepping down. Later, several other ministers were replaced too.

Fawad Chaudhry was announced as the new minister of Science and Technology, Ghulam Sarwar Khan was handed the portfolio of Aviation, Ijaz Ahmed Shah was to be the new Interior minister, Shehryar Afridi was handed the portfolio of State and Frontier Regions.

Dr Zafar Ullah Mirza was given the portfolio of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination, Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan was to be the new Information Minister and Nadeem Babar the new Petroleum minister.

Addressing a rally in Orakzai earlier, PM Imran Khan said that ministers who don't perform per expectations will be sent packing. “I want to tell my ministers that it they do not perform for my country, I will change them.”
