Pakistan’s rising MMA star Babar Ali secured a major win against Afghanistan’s Nazkar Mir via first-round submission to win the SFL Flyweight Belt.

Babar dedicated his win to the people of Pakistan, his parents, friends, and coaches, without whom this would not have been possible. “This win is for Pakistan. I will work harder and bring many more victories for our beloved land. A big thank you to my parents, teammates who have helped me grow as a person and to Coach Nasir,” Babar Ali said.

He crossed paths with Coach Nasir Khan Yousafzai who started KAKS with the sole purpose of giving the youth in the area an opportunity to focus their energy into something productive and create a family environment among his students.
