Saudi Arabia deported 59 Pakistani nationals who were living in the kingdom illegally, Express News reports.
As per reports, the deportees arrived in the capital on a special flight. The individuals then submitted their papers for inspection after which they were sent to their respective homes.
This is not the first time Saudi Arabia has deported a large group of Pakistani citizens. Last year alone, the kingdom deported around 100 individuals who had travelled there in order to find employment.
However, they were incarcerated and later deported.
Earlier this month Saudi Arabia executed a Pakistani couple over ‘heroin smuggling’. The couple was found guilty by a Saudi court for drug trafficking in the country.
