No Difference Between PTI Govt And Zia’s Dictatorship: Bakhtawar Bhutto
In the wake of arrests of party workers outside National Accountability (NAB) Headquarters, Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari said that there is no difference between the current government and Zia’s dictatorial regime.

“There is no difference between this government set up and Zia’s. Both never enjoyed any legitimacy and think controlling media will change history,” Bakhtawar took to Twitter and criticized the PTI govt over arrests of PPP workers outside NAB headquarters in Islamabad.

She said that members of banned outfits were ‘roaming free’ while peaceful workers of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) who had come to welcome their leaders were arrested. “PPP workers arrested for showing solidarity to their leaders. Welcome to Taliban Khan Pakistan. Cabinet full of Musharaf’s remains.”

She also asked on what grounds was Bilawal Bhutto Zardari summoned by NAB.

“Was he summoned for criticizing this puppet government? For speaking out against their supported banned organizations? For demanding pro extremist ministers from their government be sacked?”

More than 200 PPP workers were arrested as clashes between them and the police erupted outside the NAB headquaters in Islamabad.

PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira confirmed that over 200 party workers were taken into custody while around 50 others were missing.

The workers had gathered outside NAB office to welcome party chiefs Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asif Ali Zardari, who appeared before NAB authorities today.
