PM Khan's 'unlike in India' message on Quaid's birthday causes a stir
Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday said that Naya Pakistan was visioned as Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s Pakistan and that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government will do its best to make the founder’s dreams come true.

In a couple of tweets posted on occasion of Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s 142nd birthday, Khan said that Quaid envisaged Pakistan as a democratic, just and compassionate nation and that ‘most importantly he wanted our minorities to be equal citizens.’

There is no doubt that Khan meant well for Pakistan in the couple of tweets but what overextended a bit and went off topic.

Today is a day to celebrate Muhammad Ali Jinnah and we should just stick to it rather than pointing fingers at others.
